Wat is een Change Coach ?

De omgeving waarin mensen een vak leerden bestaat niet meer omwille van voortdurende veranderingen.

De manieren van werken van gisteren in de markt van vandaag kunnen leiden tot de mislukkingen van morgen!

Dit kan leiden tot grote onzekerheid en verwarring.  Hoe ingrijpender de verandering hoe  groter de onzekerheid en het maken van fouten. De Change Coach kan het verschil maken in het veranderingsproces en medewerkers persoonlijk te begeleiden, coachen en inspireren.

Tijdens deze praktische workshop leert de Change coach tal van technieken en attitudes om positief te beïnvloeden en medewerkers te helpen met de verandering.
